If you are struggling with your mental health right now, try to remember that it won’t be this way forever. Sure, I know I will always be vulnerable to mental illness and that I need to continue to take care of myself. But, I know that I will always get better. Self Care

What is self care? For me it started with changing the voice in my head that was always so very cruel. I started saying nice things to myself and then started saying them out loud too. I then felt that I deserved a little more time and effort spent on me – doing the things I love and enjoy.
